Paul L., John N., and Norm had 4 hits apiece, as the Lab evened the series, setting up what appears to be an exciting finale on Monday night. Ken, also had 2 hits and reached base all 4 times, while Eugene, Jeff, John D., and Jay also played well for the winners, who scored in every inning but the 7th. Paul L. and Jay were again strong up the middle on defense.
J & J was led by Mike, John L., John B., Jimmy, and Scott who all had a multi-hit night.
Game 3 Monday Night...it doesn't get any better than this!

very very true....just everyone remember....win or lose the beer is still the same temperature
J&J HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WE HAD IN GAME 1.THEY THREW THE BALL AROUND,MADE SOME ERRORS,WE TOOK EXTRA BASES AND SCORED SOME EARLY RUNS.IT HAS BEEN A LACKLUSTER PERFORMANCE DEFENSIVELY ON BOTH SIDES FOR THE FIRST TWO GAMES.IT WILL ALL COME DOWN TO WHO MAKES THE FEWST MISTAKES COME MONDAY.GOOD LUCK.

what started out looking like a tvlab rout of j&j ended up being a great game. the labsters jumped out to a 7-0 lead do greatly to poor fielding and poor hitting by the diggers, with the finon johnny "balls" also struggling for the first time in 8 games on the mound. the bats came alive to keep the game close but in the bottom of the 7th the diggers could not close the deal. so monday night should be a game to watch. staying red hot for the diggers is matalahava, with johnny lip going 4-4.
hats off to the labsters
i hoped it would go 3
Good morning from the Sullivan Senior Center to Mr. Paul and my favorite team TV Lab.
Well quite a game Friday evening. The Labs bats were strong, and the pitching from Mr. Paul was enough to get the win. I will be very disappointed if the TV Lab does not win tonight, because there is no doubt that they are the better team here. However, we have been down this road many times and wrecked at the same intersection just before the finish line.
Therefore, Mr. Paul rest up today put off those 20 plus deliveries you have scheduled and have a few double Coffees. Pitching wins championships so close the deal tonight.
We will have a large crowd in the stands from the Center cheering our favorite team TV Lab on to victory.
Too late Mr. Chock-full-Of-Nuts....I already had a delivery scheduled up to the 3rd floor this morning and nearly killed myself removing a 36" junker back down in the process, but I will be ready tonite no matter what. The team that plays the best tonite will win. It's anybody's game, but I expect nothing less than a First-Place "C" trophy from my teammates because they are a crew that is focused and won't be denied. I will try my best not to screw things up, but they will be the ones to bring home the bacon and if that trophy is to sit on that shelf, it will be theirs, because they are the ones who have earned it through their team work. Good luck to all...it's been a great season, and may the best team, (us

), WIN!
