another good battle in d division fought amongst the falling raindrops. the "old" men of Carbone's battle back from yet another 7th inning deficit. Who would have thought that they actually would win it with "speed" on the base paths as the winning run scored from second on a deep flyball to the fence just beating the throw home. Twice now Carbones battled back from 0-1 playoff deficits to teams half their ages. This year has been a fun year in D. congrats to Carbone's for running the table and hope to see everyone back healthy again next year.

D division finals were a great series going 3 games, and taking all the way to the bottom of the 7th before a champ was crowned...Great job to Carbones....I play third for Quality Lawn, and I saw first hand your catcher go down hard...he's one the nicest and prolly one of the best teammates to have....I speak for everyone on the Lawnmen when we say that we hope he's not hurt, and that things turn out well!!! We will all wish for the best!!!! Sucks to take some just down right bad calls in the 6 and 7 to help fuel Carbones....when the other team agress after the game about the plays in question, it hurts to know that with a good call the outcome could have been different...either way we lost to a great team, and one that we all have respect for.....almost gotcha though.....great game and good luck next season!!!!

but past the jokes, i totally agree....its 'O.G.'s" like Kevin that make the game worthwhile.....my hats off to the hustle AND the heart....if you EVER need some to have your back Wolfie....let me know and Tavano will be right behind you........no matter what Billy Z. and "what rhymes with cake" says about you....(just kidding Billy, and i know you remember that Drake...
